- Item/Order Value: Our return and refund policy is applicable to products with an individual item value or total order value of above Rs.1000 Without Gst or Freight. For items or orders below this value, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
- Condition of the Product: The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Time Limit: You must initiate a return request within 10 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process your return or refund.

Exceptions:
